    There should be a Forum for announcements (like shouting) where you can see the most important changes of the website and the clan (rules, ranks etc.)

    I have added a Forum called "announcements", everyone should be able to view this but only moderators and admin's can post in announcements this is to avoid spam as there is going to be a lot of stuff in here in the future.
